Terms of Service.
The rules for using Cubicles. Last updated 13 October 2026.
Your account
Give your real name and an email address you can read. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with your account.
The service
Each computer is a monthly subscription, billed through Paddle, our reseller. How computers are billed, stopped, canceled and deleted is set out in the service details. Agent subscriptions, model usage and connected services are separate and have their own terms.
Acceptable use
Don't use your computer to break the law, attack or send spam to other systems, mine cryptocurrency, or get around these limits. We may stop or delete a computer, or close an account, that does.
Your files
What you put on your computer is yours, and you are responsible for it. Deleting a computer erases every file on it, so keep copies of anything you need.
Changes
When these terms change, you are asked to accept the new version the next time you sign in. Your data is handled as described in Privacy.
